1Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

  • "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a jtk999 account.

jtk999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. jtk999 may close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or bonuses without prior notice.

3Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jtk999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified jtk999 of a suspected compromise in writing without undue delay.

You must notify jtk999 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. jtk999 will take reasonable steps to assist you, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

You must not use another player's account or attempt to access another player's credentials under any circumstances.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

jtk999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. jtk999 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jtk999 accepts no responsibility.

  • Deposits are credited to your jtk999 wallet promptly following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with jtk999 support. Processing times are typically within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions, though delays may occur during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
  • jtk999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not constitute a refusal to pay.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
  • jtk999 does not accept deposits made using funds derived from criminal or fraudulent activity. Any such deposits will be reversed and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

5Bonuses and Promotions

jtk999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

  • Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
  • Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiple is stated in each promotion's terms.
  • jtk999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation of system errors, or wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
  • Bonuses credited during special seasonal periods — such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, or IPL tournaments — are governed by the same general bonus rules unless stated otherwise in the seasonal promotion's terms.
  • Players who have requested self-exclusion or deposit limits under the Responsible Gaming framework may be excluded from receiving certain promotional offers.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on jtk999 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and uses a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment supervised by trained croupiers. jtk999 does not control individual game outcomes.

Players are expected to engage with all games in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and permanent exclusion:

In the event of a technical fault during a game session that prevents a fair and complete result from being determined, jtk999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. This is the sole remedy available for technical faults and no additional compensation will be offered.

7Sports Betting Rules

  • Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the jtk999 platform without prior written consent. Scraping, crawling, or automated collection of data from the platform is prohibited without express written authorisation.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jtk999 excludes all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of winnings, revenue, or profits arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or connectivity failures.
  • Losses resulting from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
  • Damage to devices, software, or data resulting from accessing the jtk999 platform.
  • Inaccuracies in live sports data, odds feeds, or game information caused by third-party data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11Account Suspension and Termination

jtk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

  • The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
  • The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes.
  • The player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jtk999 staff or other players.
  • Regulatory or legal obligations require jtk999 to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time frame.

12Privacy and Data Protection

jtk999 collects, processes, and stores player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating a jtk999 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jtk999 platform, you agree to first contact jtk999 support and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be resolved informally before pursuing any other remedy. jtk999 aims to resolve all support queries and complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Complex matters involving account investigations or third-party payment providers may require additional time, and you will be kept informed of progress.
